The Together at Home Programme has been designed to support Special Olympics athletes at home during these challenging times.
Welcome to our Together at Home Programme.
Join us each week for a new workout or tips to helping you to stay healthy and connected at home.
We will provide you with support and training in four areas:
1. Sport and Fitness
2. Health Promotion
3. Strong Minds
4. Young Athletes
Each week we will bring you some new activities and share stories from you and our clubs. We cant wait to see you all again.
