Statement on Personal Information

Dear Supporters,

We are writing to inform you of a potential risk relating to a data security incident involving one of our third-party cloud service providers - Beacon CRM. This service provider is used in relation to fundraising activity. 

We have recently been informed by Beacon CRM that it identified unauthorised access to its systems. Beacon CRM is investigating the incident with external cyber security specialists and the relevant authorities.

No financial information, payment card details, passwords or identification numbers relating to you have been affected.

Your name, email address, postal address and telephone number may potentially have been accessed.

At this time, there is no evidence that your personal information has been misused.

We sincerely regret that this incident occurred. Protecting your personal information is extremely important to us. We encourage you to be cautious of unexpected emails, text messages or phone calls requesting personal or financial information.

Since being notified of this incident, we have continued to work closely with Beacon CRM to understand the nature and scope of the incident and to seek assurance that appropriate measures have been taken to reduce the risk of recurrence.
