Save the Date for Collection Day 2026!

2026 is a vital, busy year for Special Olympics Ireland and all of the athletes our movement serves in communities throughout the island of Ireland.

The Ireland Games are a high point in June, but the needs of athletes don't begin and end with one competition - in clubs and at regional events, the programmes and supports our athletes rely on at grassroots level are year-round.

That's why we're calling on YOU to get involved in Collection Day 2026! Whether it's organising local collections, getting your friends, family and network involved, virtual fundraising, or donating, there are many ways to make your mark and help athletes in your area and beyond!

Our biggest fundraising event of the year returns on the following dates:

• Collection Day 2026 Republic of Ireland, Friday 18th September 
• Collection Day 2026 Northern Ireland, Friday 25th September
