Let's Run
“Let’s Run” is all about encouraging people to take up running, to whatever level suits them.
There are 4 programmes available, to cater for all ability levels

An introductory level, for those who do not currently run. It involves short runs and walks.

A slight progression on level one, with the runs and walks getting a little longer (6 minute runs, 5/6 minute walks).

For those with a reasonable level of fitness, involving running for 10 minutes, walking for 5, and repeating this.

Is for those with a high level of fitness, with 10 and 15 minute runs, separated with a 3 minute recovery time.
The training programme can be completed at home, in a park, on local roads, around your lawn, on a treadmill…really anywhere that is safe to run, and within whatever COVID-19 restrictions are in place at the time.
Following a very simple registration process, you will receive a downloadable pack containing a training programme, and a “checklist” to place in a prominent place (e.g. the fridge door!). You will also receive a podcast which you can listen to, to guide you through each training session.
