Abs for Athletes | 30 Day Challenge

The Abs for Athletes 30 Day Challenge is asking members of the public to take part in a physical virtual challenge in support of Special Olympics Ireland and its athletes.

 

You can chose one of our two 30 day challenges to take part. Pick the challenge that suits you best, choose a start date between now and the end of October and you’re ready go.

Challenge 1: 2,000 Sit-ups for Special Olympics

Challenge 2: 2,000 Squats for Special Olympics

How do I register for the Abs for Athletes Challenge?

Simply visit our Can’t Stop Now campaign page here and click fundraise to start your Just Giving fundraiser. Make sure you mention the Abs For Athletes campaign in your Just giving story so we can send you all you need.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you set up your challenge through Just Giving you will receive a welcome email with further details and our online event pack which has everything you’ll need to meet your target and make the most of your challenge.

Our event pack includes;

  • Hints and tips on how to track your progress and make the most of your 30 days Challenge
  • Tips on how to maximise your online fundraising
  • A 30 day target plan to help you reach your squat/sit up goals
  • A free t-shirt for all fundraisers that reach €25 or more
  • Invitation to the Abs for Athletes Facebook group
  • Abs for Athletes banner to add to your fundraising page
