The day finished off with a panel discussion on training and preparation for competition and beyond, with top Munster Hurling and Basketball players and one of our longest serving coaches.

The atmosphere was fabulous throughout the day, with athletes eagerly diving into everything, meeting friends and walking away with some positive messages on all aspects of health.
