His previous roles included UEFA Euro 2020 Volunteer Manager, FAI Grassroots Education Development \u0026amp; Coach Education Tutor. He is also a former coach of the Women\u2019s National team. Paul became involved with Special Olympics in 2007 when he took up the role of head coach for the Men\u2019s 11-aside team for the World Games in Shanghai.
