Let's Run supported by Gala Retail
On the 5th of April, 251 athletes and over 100 volunteers embarked on a 12 week long Let's Run programme. This programme has 2 levels, depending on the athletes goal
Run for Fun: is aimed at those new to running. Participants will build their fitness up by combining walking and jogging over a duration of 30 minutes. By week 12 athletes should be jogging for all/ the majority of the 30 minutes.
Run for 5: is aimed at existing runners who wish to build their running distance up to 5K.
