Notes for completing Community Employment application forms:

• The form cannot be completed on the website. Please print it off to complete it. 
• Alternatively email cathy.mcdonnell@specialolympics.ie putting the vacancy location in the subject line and request the form to be emailed to you.
• Remember to include your CV with your completed application form.
• The closing date is 17th February 2012 and applications received after this time/date may not be accepted.
• All parts of the forms must be completed in full.
• Completed applications and CVs may be returned by post or email as per instructions on the 2nd page of the form.
