Monaghan Clubs celebrate European Basketball Week

On Tuesday 29th of November athletes from Clones Special Olympics Club travelled to St Macartan's College for a game of basketball with Monaghan Special Olympics Club. Pictured above are athletes, coaches and supporters from both Clubs. A very enjoyable evening was had by all!
A return match will take place on the 5th of December between the Clubs. The Annual Special Olympics Basketball week ran from 26th of November to 4th of December and aimed to increase participation in basketball events.
