Athletics Level 1 May 28th 2011
The Athletics Level one event took place on Saturday 28th May on the track of Cork Institute of Technology Bishopstown Cork. The weather was good on the day and the the athletes well prepared for the competition that they took part in. Well done to all the volunteers from Munster who took part on the day, some travelling from Limerick to help out. Special mention to our event sponsor company EMC Cork who provided many volunteers and put all the plans together. Event manager on the day was Karen Dineen from EMC and compteition manager was Denise O'Riordan also from EMC, well done to both of you ! Also well done to Carna Transport who sponsored all the medals on the day, thank you so much.
