Athlete Leadership Programme Awards

The ALPs awards scheme is a scheme designed to provide a structure for athletes interested in ALPs.  There are 3 levels of award, bronze, silver and gold, increasing in difficulty and duration.  Each award sets out a number of challenges and tasks based around the cornerstones of ALPs to be completed over the recommended timeframe, encouraging athletes to learn new skills and put what they have learned into practice.

Athletes receive a log book to guide them through their award and to record their achievements.  Once an award has been successfully completed, athletes are presented with a certificate and award pin at a regional awards ceremony.
