The Regional Badminton Competition took place on Sunday 25th Nov in Nagle College Mahon Cork. 47 athletes from Waterford Cork and Tipperary took part in the event and played singles doubles and mixed doubles matches.
 
The event manager on the day was Sheila O’Donoghue and the competition managers were Siobhan Corbett and Craig Casey, well done to the officials and volunteers who ran a very well organised day.

The families of the Cork Badminton Club brought in a wonderful array of food to make a party atmosphere for all the athletes and volunteers.
