The Athlete Leadership Programme enables athletes aged 16 and above to participate in opportunities additional to sports training and competition. Working with a volunteer mentor athletes complete training and workshops based around public speaking, volunteering, coaching and presentation skills.

| ||From September 2017 to June 2018, Special Olympics Ulster will host a series of development days, non-advancement events and leagues across the region. We require volunteers to assist in a range of roles including event management teams, sports roles, volunteer services and media.|

Volunteer Support Centre
The Ulster Volunteer Support Centre provides a vital outlet for administration support. The centre runs Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00-16:00 and Wednesday evening 18.00-20.00.
