The Galway Kayaking Special Olympics host friendly get together

The Galway Kayaking Special Olympics Club held an inter club activity last Sunday and invited clubs from Castlebar, Tullamore, and Mallow to join them for a morning of activities on the river followed by refreshments in the clubhouse.

Great fun was had and many friendships formed. The clubs are planning to travel to Mallow next Sept/Oct for another day of water activities.

A big thank you to the Galway Kayaking  Special Olympics Club for organising such a wonderful event.

'Volunteers are priceless'

Some of the local volunteers who assisted at
the recent Kayaking event in Lough Rynn, Mohill

Many thanks to all the regional volunteers
who assisted at our events in 2019. As
always without your assistance we could not
deliver our sports programme.
