Wedding and Special Occasions
Favours for wedding guests, or those invited to any special occasion or celebration, are becoming very popular. Instead of the usual gifts available, we ask you to consider an "in lieu of" gift to Special Olympics Ireland.
In return for your contribution, Special Olympics will provide beautiful folded cards to place at each table setting. Each 4-inch by 3-inch place card is elegantly embossed with the Special Olympics Ireland logo, on cream-coloured heavyweight paper. The inside message is printed in black ink and reads, "On this special occasion, a donation has been made to Special Olympics Ireland in your honour." The Special Olympics Athletes' Oath is printed on the back of the card.
These cards commemorating your charitable donation are perfect for:
- weddings
- commitment ceremonies
- anniversaries (both personal and corporate)
- birthdays
- confirmations
- retirement celebrations
- christenings or baby-naming ceremonies
- Christmas lunches/dinners
- any other special occasion!
