Volunteers outside the Munster Region wishing to get involved in June
We are delighted to see so many of  volunteers from all over the island wanting to help out in June in Limerick. Some of you have such wide Games experience it will be a huge benefit to the newer volunteers of the locality. As you all know the reason for bringing the Games to Limerick is to create a long lasting legacy for Special Olympics Munster after the Games so it is critical we engage in as many volunteers from Limerick, Clare and the surrounding areas.

All volunteers outside the Games locality should be aware of the below criteria:

- All volunteers must be available for the 5 days of the Games

- You will be required to attend Job Specific Training in Limerick April/May

- You will also be asked to attend a venue walkthrough and collect your Accreditation/Uniform in Limerick prior to the Games.

-You are responsible for your own accomodation and transport at Games time

 If you are an existing volunteer who has been involved in previous Special Olympics Games

- You must complete this form and return to us by Friday 5th March

- You do not need to attend our Orientation session in Limerick

- All above criteria 1-4 apply also

If you are an existing volunteer who has NOT been involved in previous Special Olympics Games

- You must attend one of our Recruitment Sessions being held in Limerick and surrounding areas-  please see schedule above

- At this session you will hear more about all the roles available at the Games and let us know your preferred choice

All newly registered volunteers are requested to complete Volunteer Induction training. The Course provides details on the organisation and your role as a volunteer
